We price projects on a case by case basis due to the dynamic nature of these projects, this is a guide to the services process.
DESIGN, ESTIMATE, SCHEDULE
We assist our clients in making recommendations to the design that may improve constructability, cost, and quality if required. If a design is ready for tender, we use our estimating software to formulate a quote for our clients. From there we work with the client to best schedule the work.
CONSTRUCTION
Once planning is complete and a price has been mutually agreed upon, we begin construction. Building scaffolding as required and ensuring best practices are implemented in a safety conscious environment. We utilize a project management system to ensure budget and schedule are being met.
COMPLETION
We do our Quality control checks of all work, clean up to make the work area look pristine and have a walk thru with the client.
